Shipping

We ship through a large network of registered and trusted courier partners to deliver your products within India. 

Most of our products are ready to ship and are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days from the confirmation of your order. Some of our products that are ‘Made to Order’ may have different dispatch timelines. Please refer to the “Shipping & Handling” link on the product page to know the estimate dispatch timeline before placing your order(s).

We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid & cash on delivery (COD) orders. Cash on delivery is available on selected pin codes within India. The maximum order value for cash on delivery orders is capped at Rs. 5000. In case your product value is more than Rs. 5000, you can place separate orders of value under Rs. 5000. For return orders, Rs. 100 is deducted per return from the order value. These charges are deducted in compensation for the shipping and handling charges incurred by us. You may read about Refunds on our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

The orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at the checkout. We are able to ship an order to a single address only. If you would like to ship some products to another or multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. We are unable to redirect orders to another shipping address once they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Please provide the correct & complete shipping address including pin code and a valid mobile number to ensure successful delivery of your order(s). 

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard shipping delivery.

Delivery

Before placing your orders, we advise you to please verify, if we deliver to your location or not, by entering your Pin Code in the “Check Delivery Pin Code” box on the product page.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, standard shipping delivery within India takes 3-5 working days.

Delays in Delivery

We understand you are eagerly waiting for your order to be delivered to you at the earliest but sometimes delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays
  • COVID-19 containment zones
  • Political disruptions
  • Festive Seasons
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, our customer care will proactively reach out to you to give an update regarding the delivery of your order. 

Oris Root endeavours but cannot guarantee delivery of order(s) in the estimate delivery timeline as mentioned on the “Shipping and Handling” link on the product page. In no manner, can the contract be repudiated if, we fail to deliver your order(s) or parts of it in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.

Customer Not Accepting Delivery

Our delivery partners will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery, Oris Root reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. For COD orders, customers who repeatedly abuse our services by placing orders and refusing to pay and accept the delivery are considered “Loss to Business Customers”. Their accounts & all information related to the account like address, phone numbers will be marked as “Alert” in our systems and the user will be permanently blocked from our Website. Modes of Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Rupay & Maestro), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognised Wallets & UPI options and Cash on Delivery.

Oris Root does not collect your payment data like your credit or debit card numbers or other details pertaining to your payments on its website. All payments made for any purchases are processed by our payment partners only (Third-Party Service Providers). All Prepaid payments are processed by Razorpay and all Cash on Delivery payments are processed directly by our delivery partners - Delhivery and DHL. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms & Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
